Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* USPS Standard delivery takes 7 business days.

** Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United
States.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Purple Turtle Studios ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

http://www.purpleturtlestudiosnm.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

http://www.purpleturtlestudiosnm.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the United States

Returns & Damaged Goods

 

Returns

 

Please remember that all pieces are handmade and might have a quirk or two that adds to it's character. Photographic colors are synced as close to actual, but may vary due to different monitors used.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns, for store credit or exchange for same value, within 5 days of receiving your order. No refunds or cancellations for custom orders, this includes any deposits made. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items to be returned need to be in original condition & packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges & the safe arrival of returned goods to Purple Turtle Studios. To initiate a return or exchange, please email lisa@purpleturtlestudiosnm.com within five (5) days of receiving your purchase. We will work with you to make sure your experience with us is more than satisfactory!
 

Damaged Goods

 

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon their arrival. If your piece is in any way damaged, email lisa@purpleturtlestudiosnm.com within five (5) days of arrival of damaged goods to initiate return or repair process. All repairs done only with customer approval.

To comply with insurance procedures, please forward photographic documentation of damaged packaging &/or damaged contents via above email. Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired on a custom turnaround time. We must be contacted within five (5) days of delivery to conform to insurance claim regulations or we cannot accept back the damaged goods.
